Wireline Unit Specifications

Our equipment includes hydraulically powered wireline units with these specs:

  • 55 HP single-unit skid

    • 22,000 ft of .108” slickline

  • 70 HP double-drum skid

    • 22,000 ft of .108” slickline + 20,000 ft of 3/16” cable

Both are skid-mounted with aluminum construction and steel safety frames, featuring enclosed operator cabins for maximum protection and efficiency.

Operational Capabilities & Safety Features

  • Reel Speed Control: Adjustable from 10 FPM to 3,200 FPM using three-speed transmissions
  • Operator Readouts: In-cabin digital readouts for line measurement and weight via Martin Decker indicator (up to 4,000 lbs)
  • Braking System: Robust Ferodd-lined steel band brake
  • Cable Options: Compatible with .108”, .125” slickline, and 3/16” Dioform braided cable (pull-up capacity up to 6,000 lbs)

Power & Hydraulics

  • Power Pack: Diesel-driven, 70 HP engine with 35 GPM hydraulic reservoir, full-flow oil cooling, and hydraulic inertia starter for safety
  • Hydraulics: Aeroquip hoses rated to 5,000 psi used in PTO with durable, crash-frame mounted power packs
  • Precision instruments monitor temperature and pressure for operational safety
